The E.P.L clubs are on the verge of spending a billion pounds for the first time in the summer transfer market But what has shocked me a great deal has been tat these vast amounts were paid for average players. For example Kyle Walker 54 million pounds ,will he get a starting place at Barcelona, Real Madrid or say Juventus. Ederson who is a uncapped Brazilian goalkeeper , was sold by Benfica to Manchester City for a world record for a goalkeeper at 34.4 million pounds. Manchester City have spent 218, two hundred and eighteen million pounds for six players. Real Madrid in the year 2009 spent 218, two hundred and eighteen million pounds on big players like Zinedine Zidane, kaka, Xavi Alonso. and others. Manchester City have brought players like Bernard Silva, Benjamin Mendy Ederson and so on. Now if Manchester City fail to win a trophy where will Pep Guardiola run to or where will he hide ,no excuses please Pep.
