Chelsea are willing to spend 87, eighty seven million pounds on another striker, as they are not at all convinced with their Belgian striker Michi Batshuayi , mind you Chelsea paid a huge sum of 33, thirty three million pounds for him a footballer who had not played for Belgium till then.
