CHELSEA HAVE GIVEN DIEGO COSTA FOUR CONDITIONS TO RETURN.

The Brazilian born striker ,but who is now playing for Spain . He returned to Brazil as Chelsea and Antonio Conte , both said that Diego Costa was not fitting into Antonio Contis 'plan for the year 2016/2017. Now Chelsea have given Diego Costa four conditions to be a Chelsea player. 1) He must return to Chelsea from Brazil. 2) He must prove his match fitness again. 3) He must fight for his place at Chelsea. 4) Diego Costa must return and train with Chelsea. Chelsea they will continue to keep fining him his two week salary. But Chelsea must be aware that the F.I.,F.A rule clearly states a club can only deduct upto two weeks of the weekly wages, just once. Manchester city had this problem with Carlos Tevez, and they cut more then two weeks salary as he was in Argentina. And Manchester City had to repay Carlos Tevez.
