That money was withheld by Barcelona. But why is Barcelona keeping the money , and are they right in doing so. Barcelona are very much justified in keeping the money that was owned to Neymar senior. This is not a promise between two gentlemen it is a official signed document by the two Neymar's . And as Neymar has now failed to keep his words with the club and failing to honour his own contract for five years which was made. Barcelona are justified in keeping that money.
