Arsenal will now make a fourth bid to buy Thomas Lemar from Monaco , as the French club have already rejected three bids from Arsenal so far. Arsenal will then change from club as well as for a player. They will look at the Ivory Coast midfielder Jean Michael Seri, who is playing his club football in France with Nice. Now the president of Nice has now said that the club want to buy three or four players but there will also be at least two players who will have to be sold as well.
