The german midfielder Kevin De Bruyne who is playing his club football at Manchester City. Now record say that this German is assist king in all Europe. But the record is from 2014/2015 which shows he had 28 assists and he was at Wolfsburg then But this year he has only eight assists in the E.P.L , while fellow German Mesut Ozil has now fifteen assists .
