A judge in Brazil has frozen the account of Neymar, the footballer who plays for Brazil and Barcelona as well. He is accused of failing to pay 10.3 million pounds as tax in his family's business . But he can operate that account still. But they have 33 million pounds of his total assets, not just cash you see.
