IT IS FUNNY REFEREES CAN CLEARLY SEE A PLAYER STUDS SCRAPING A PLAYER BUT CAN NOT SE A MANHANDLING GOING ON.

It is indeed very funny that referees can see a player scrapping another player with his studs but can not see players manhandling other players and pulling them down to the ground . and then referees like Mike Dean send only the player who used the studs not for slapping another footballer in the face.
