HATEM BEN ARFA S MOVE TO NICE IS NOT ALLOWED BY LAW..

The French footballer Hatem Ben Arfa , who plays his club football in England with Newcastle United, and was given on loan to Hull City. But as Hull City were not happy with him and he did not want to stay at Newcastle United, he tried to join a club in his native France, the club he chose to join was Nice. But unfortunately for him and his club, the move collapsed , the reason being according to F.I.F.A rules a footballer can not play for three clubs in a calender year. The three clubs were Newcastle United, Hull City and now Nice. The best thing he can expect to do is to join Nice in the new season.
