The Billionaire owner of A.S.Roma Mr James Pallotta , has made it very clear indeed that there is no chance what so ever of the Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman being sold to Manchester United. In fact he is not for sale even if Manchester United want to buy him since he is injured . They will have to look for another replacement instead.
