DIEGO COSTA SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOWN A RED CARD FOR TOUCHING PABLO ZABELATTA.

During the E.P.L match played between Manchester City and Chelsea.Played on 21/9/2014Pablo Zabelata the Argentinean defender who now plays his club football for Manchester City nowadays. He had been shown a first yellow card by referee Mike Dean, which was rather harsh one . But the second yellow card which Pablo Zabelatta got for a very bad tackle on Diego Costa. He then got a Red card. Now Diego Costa the Brazilian born striker , who has decided to play for Spain instead. Diego Costa then held both his hands on the throat of Pablo Zabelatta, after the tackle. Here Mile Dean is very guilty of failing to apply the F.I.F.A rules here, he should have shown Diego Costa a straight red card fothat act. The F.I.F.A rules clearly state players can not touch another player . They can only help a player by helping him to get up. Blind as a bat is Mike Dean, and Diego Costa is a luky man, or was it because he was playing for Chelsea that he got away with it.
