Chelsea are very keen indeed to get the Southampton left back Luke Shaw, they want to get him as a replacement for Ashley Cole, even though Ashley Cole was once considered as the best left back in the world, but he is now 33 years old and I must say he is coming to the end of his glittering career, which started at Arsenal But Chelsea had flatly rejected Luke Shaw when he came for a trial at Chelsea at the young age of eight years,the reason given out by Chelsea then was that Luke Shaw was far to short in height to play for Chelsea. Luke Shaw must have put on the height required by Chelsea over the years. But it is reported that Luke Shaw will reject the offer from Chelsea. But Luke Shaw has clearly told Chelsea he has no desire to move to Chelsea in the near future.
