Qatar was always going to be hot in JUNE and JULY, with 50 degrees heat, a school kid would have told you that.
So why was it even one of the countries on the list to vote for.?
Do you think footballers from Europe can run 120 minutes in that temperature? No chance at all.
Oh not only will people come in less , as they do not want to get roasted.
You can cool the stadiums but not the country . And you will have to abide by their strict Sharia laws. Who wants to go there. not me.
Oh Blatter I hope . F.I.F.A realize not a single bottle of alchol will be there, so their main sponsors all Beer companies will not be allowed, less money for F.I.F.A there as well..
By the way this is the same man who said that the 2022 world cup in Qatar would not be changed to a Winter World cup.
I suggest it be cancelled and be given to England , as they only held one World Cup in 1966..
