THE 2012/ 2013 E.P.L. SEASONS LOVELY NUMBERS.

The season has come to a sad end, but let us look at the numbers now. 1) Leighton Baines of Everton played every minute of each and every game, the only player to play in all thirty eight games. 2) In this season both these clubs Tottenham Hotspurs and Swansea were nt awarded a single penalty. 3)Robin Van Persie won the golden boot, he is the only third player to win it with Arsenal as well.Alan Shearer a Floyd Jimmy Hasselbainks have also achieved it. 4)Juan Mata 12 goals 12 assists, Theo Walcott 14 goals 10 assists, Santi Cozorla 12 goals 10 assists and Wayne Rooney12 goals 10 assists. 5)Theo Walcott scored two of the five goals to be scored in the first minute. 6)Manchester United had 20 different goal scorers. 7)Lukas Podolski was substituted 23 times, only Steed Marlblonque was substituted 26 times for Sunderland. 8) Liverpool scored plus 28 goals , but still ended sixth on the table. 9) There were 36 goals scored on the last day, but on 8/5/1993 there were 47 goals scored. 10) The Emirates Stadium saw the most goals scored this year. 11) Tottenham Hotspurs scored 72 goals but failed to reach the champion league table of 4 clubs. 12) Paul Scholes came as a substitute in his last match and collected his ninety seventh yellow card. 13) Arsenal made the most passes as usual, they made a thousand more passes then any other club. Their busiest passer was Mikel Arteta who made 2,517 passes.Swansea made 1,023 passes and Fulham made 1000 passes. 14) Stoke City was the dirtiest club with the most fouls committed,. 15) Alex Fergusons last match was against WestBrom Albion, it ended 5-5.
