According to the DAILY MAIL,Arsenal have come forward and offered to buy the striker Solomon Kalou from Chelsea, he is from the Ivory Coast.
Last few months he is sitting on the bench and at times he was not selected to be there.As his contract comes to a end soon Arsenal have come forward and offered three million pounds for him.
Solomon Kalou contract talks are stalled, as he is asking for 90,000 pounds as weekly salary, which Chelsea are not keen to pay, as he was not even a regular player.
It is also reported that Kalou has returned to England for talks with Arsenal, from Dubai where the Ivory Coast are training.
