MANCHESTER CITY THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE.

the Manchester City owners and their Italian manager Roberto Mancini think they can do what they like with the Carlos Tevez case.
They want to fine Carlos Tevez four weeks salary , which came to 800,000 pounds.
But the rules clearly say only two weeks salary can be taken from a player as a fine.
Here the P.F.A. have halved the fine to 400,000pounds only.To make matters worse for City the P.F.A agree whole heatedly with Carlos Tevez that he never did refuse to play in the Champion League verses Bayern Munich, at Munich .
Roberto Mancini says that Carlos Tevez is finished at Manchester City, even though he has three years to run on his contract.Mancini refuses to let him even train with the team, he trains alone now.
This may be a plan to save paying Carlos Tevez his huge weekly salary of 250,000 pounds.
But Manchester City must be aware that according to F.I.F.A rule 15 number Article. No club can see that a player will rot away his years at a club of his contract.
And if a player does not get a chance to play 10 percent of his contract,. Then the player can more or less tear up his contract and leave.
