The Arsenal club are targeting the highly talented Peruvian midfielder Juan Manuel Vargas , who is now playing his club football in Italy with the football club Fiorentine, based in Florence.
The amount for the Peruvian midfielder is 13 million pounds. As he is very good as midfielder as well as can play a defenders role as well.He has had a very good season in Italy.He has also two years to go on his contract.
