WHY ARE THERE ONLY 21% ENGLISH PLAYERS IN THE E.P.L.

This year the players chosen by clubs in the E.P.L is a huge 79 percent, and so as the players are not coming from the youth team any more, the managers have to see other clubs. The other point is that the English players are costlier, for example James Milner, Scott Parker and Joe Cole. All are very costly Joe Cole wants a weekly salary of 100,000 pounds a week. but will he deliver? Because he never has been the same after his injury. Arsene Wenger prefers to get young players from France, and then develop them at Arsenal. But those he spent on have not done as expected. Like Jermaine Pennant, Theo Walcott. He paid a lot for them , another player who failed was Francis Jeffers. So England will face problems for the world cups.
