ROBERT ENKE COMMITS SUICIDE.

Robert Enke the German goalkeeper for Hanover club in the Bundesliga, comitted suicide by falling on the railway tracks under a running train near Hanover. The cause of the suicide was mainly as he suffered from a depression ailment and was not admited in the hospital but only took treatment from home. But the doctor who treated him Dr Valentin Marsker he had a bacterial intestinal infection.He did leave a suicide note.
Robert Enke started his football career at his hometown small club, but moved on to Lisbon Portugal to play for Benfica. Then in the year 2002 he joined the Spanish giants Barcelona on theBossman rule.He was the Hanover first choice goalkeeper, and played his last game on8/11/2009. He was also chosen as one of the three goalkeepers for Germany in the Euro 2008, along with Jens Lehmenand Rene Adler. Now that Jens lehmen has retired, he had a very good chance to play in the 2010 world cup in South Africa.
The main reason for his depression was the death of his very young daugter Lara due to a heart ailment, he had along with his wifeTreesa adobted a girl recently.
This is a sad day for German and world football.Germany are in mourning andhave cancelled their match with Chile.Jochaim Loew has said When you recive such tragic news other things will not matter.Jarolim the Hamburg captain said this is tragic to die at 32 years, first to loose the daughter and now this.
