FRANCE QUALIFY BY HENRYS HANDBALL.

France beat Ireland in the second playoff match by a conterversial goalscored by William Gallas, who headed the ball in after Thierry Henry twice touched the ball with his hand. The Sweedish referee Mr Martin Hansson allowed the goal, even though Giovanni Trapattoni and the Irish pleaded for a handball. The fourth referee told Trapattoni to sit down in the dugout as usual the referees are gods and can not make any mistakes on the pitch according to F.I.F.A. But Henry admitted that he touched the ball twice with his hand, and asked for a replay which was the right and proper thing to do. But according to F.I.F.A rules both France and Ireland must apply in writting for a replay. But even as Ireland did give in their letter France refuded to give one letter. And F.I.F.A have said the win by France stands.
Clearly this match was fixed as Robee Keane said Michael Platini has sent a telex message to Seb Blatter to see that France win this matchby hook or by crook, and reach the 2010 world cup. What a shame for F.I.F.A and Michael Platini.
