There are many great footballers ,who start their football careers from the youth teams and end up in the senior team .but they often change teams when they are offered more money. But two footballers come to my mind who were spotted early,and taken into the youth team,and finally shone in their senior team.
This is one such player his name is Paulo Maldini. The son of Ceasre Maldini the former Italian coach and football player.
He started his career with A.C.Milan at sixteen years old,on 20/1/1985. on25/9/2005,paulo broke Dino Zoffs record 0f571 games. And on 16/2/2008 ,he reached one thousand games.
Paulo Maldini has represented A.C.Milan in a total of eight U.E.F.A. cup finals the most by anyone. else.He needs one more champion winner medal to beat the Spanish footballer Franseco Gento . Gento won five champion with REAL MADRIDin the good old days when Real Madrid had the great players such as Alfredo Di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas.
A. C. Milan has decided to retire the no 3 jersey of Paulo Maldini whenever he retires.But they may give it to his son ,who is twelve years old and is in the youth team of A.C. Milan.
